Individual Process-oriented Psychology Coaching Sessions

La Xixa started a new area of action: one-to-one coaching sessions.

These sessions are one hour long with the presence of a facilitator who guides people into becoming more aware of the processes that are happening in their lives as well as capable of harvesting useful learnings for their everyday lives.

Facilitators are Meritxell Martinez and Adrián Crescini.

Our committment

We are committed to helping others, supporting them, we want to feel more free and connect with our sense of belonging to the world.

We have more than 10 years of experience developing varying group, community and work projects with people, appreciating the diversity among/within us and in world. We are curious, we love learning, researching, searching, and we love bringing it into action.

Our approach

Our approach is based on the principles of Process Work or Process Oriented Psychology.

Each session is different, depending on who is involved, the circumstances and the context. It is about playing and working with dreams, body symptoms, voice and movement, with drawing or with the role play. It's also about listening, talking, laughing, crying, because we always learn something.

The relationship between you and the facilitator is the most important component, we know that without the deepest appreciation of what you are, our work will not work.

Our sessions

The processes can be long or short term. They can be used to solve a problem or for continuous personal growth and consciousness.

The individual sessions are one hour long and group ones are one hour and a half long.

Our areas of specialization include: depression, anxiety, internalized oppression, professional development, creativity training; Work with relationships, accompaniment to couples, gender issues, and cultural diversity, among others.
